Whirl-Pak Stand-Up Water Bags 1 L (36 oz.) 3-pack, ideal for water purification and disinfection, a must item in any Survival Kit.
Whirl-Pak Stand-Up Water Bags 1 Liter (36 oz.) are the perfect and mandatory additions to any wilderness survival kit. It is very compact, light, easy foldable, durable and sterile.
The 1L size of this bag is exactly the size you need to purify collected water with one (1) water purification tablet.  Most chlorine dioxide tablets treat 1 Liter of water per tablet justlike the Katadyn Micropur MP1, Aquatabs, or Aquamira Water Purifier Tablets.  The purification process takes 30 minutes, therefore leakproof closure and ability to stand-up helps to keep your valuable water supply safe. This is a must have item for every hiker, hunter, adventurer, or anyone else who explore the wilderness on the vehicle or ATV. Also, include this bag or 2 in your home emergency preparation kit / disaster relief kit.
We may recommend you to pack in your kit along with the Whirl-Pak water bags two (2) paper cone coffee filters that you will use to strain collected dirty water before the purification process.
Note: unseal the bag by gently tearing the top part along the perforation line, then pull metal tongues apart to open the bag. Do Not try to pull metal tongues before you unseal the bag.
Item includes: Three (3)Â Whirl-Pak Stand-Up Water Bags 1 L (36 oz.)

Eric –
So these bags do exactly what they say they do. Stand up and hold water. I got them to into survival tins, but the bags are a bit thicker than I planned and all 3 wouldn’t fold/compress enough to fit into a small survival tin. However, these 6 MIL thick bags are very durable and can be re-used. Well, I will fit just one in my compact tin and place the other two in my larger kit.
