DELIVERY LOCATIONS AND SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Items offered on our website are available for sale and delivery to Canada and United States. Exceptions may apply for select items and dangerous goods which we sell and ship only to addresses in Canada.
Cutlery cannot be shipped to Marin, Napa, Ventura and Yolo countries, CA; D.C.; MA or Puerto Rico. Please check your State, County and City laws for restrictions before ordering Cutlery.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Â we make every effort to fulfill your order within one business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.Â
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Fulfilment of the orders that include backordered items may take up to 10 business days.Â
DELIVERY TIME
An estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at check-out. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Highly flammable products restricted from shipping by Air can be shipped via ground shipping service to addresses in Canada and United States only.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page or we will contact you before fulfill the order.
* Our free domestic shipping policy applies on orders over 125 CAD before applicable taxes, and may exclude some remote, less populated or accessible domestic rural areas in Canadian provinces and territories. In order to be eligible for free shipping to less populated or less accessible domestic rural areas a purchase order of at least $175 CAD must be placed. Discounted shipping charges will be applied to orders under $175 CAD.
** Our free shipping offer does not apply to particular oversized, overweight, or bulky items, as well as to all MREs and Food Rations in larger quantities. Details on whether or not a product is eligible for free shipping will be found under the item description.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY
RETURNS FOR REFUNDS PERMITTED
We accept returns for any reason, including buyer’s remorse. You can return not used items in the original packaging within 30 days from delivery date. If 30 days or more have passed from the delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
We offer an extended return window for products purchased during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st. The return window in this cases closes on January 31st of the followed year.
Please contact us to obtain Merchandise Return Authorization before sending the product back to us.
Upon receipt of the returned item we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price less the cost of shipping the original order and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping is the customer’s responsibility and the original Adventure Pro Zone purchase invoice must accompany all return shipments.
RETURN FOR REFUND EXCEPTIONS
Only regular priced items can be returned for refund. Sale items are non-refundable. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at info@adventureprozone.ca.
WARRANTY, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS Â OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please contact us within 30 days from the day a defective or wrong item was delivered to you and request a return for refund or an exchange of product that identified as defective.
Initial reporting of the issue can be made by phone or email. Provide us with a description of the issue and any steps taken to reveal the defect if it has a functional or operating issue. We may request pictures to better understand the nature of the defect.
If the defect is resulted from using or operating the product against manufacturer manual or operating instructions (if such instructions accompany the product), you will not be entitled to a return and you may choose to contact the manufacturer directly.
If the product is identified as defective and you are entitled to a return, please get a Merchandise Return Confirmation and pre-paid shipping labels from us prior to shipping it back. We cover the return shipping of defective items within 30 days of the deliver date.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be fully inspected to confirm the defect and it will be exchanged with the same product model. If we are unable to exchange the defective product, we will issue the refund.
If the defective item has a lower value than the shipping cost a refund of the original purchase price will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If 30 days or more have passed from the day you have received the product, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Most products we sell are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty. Past 30 days of the delivery date we will redirect our customers to the manufacturer directly for any warranty related questions and inquiries. Please e-mail us if you require assistance to locate manufacturer’s contact information.
Return Shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for when a purchased product was defective on arrival or we shipped a wrong item by mistake.
